Video: YouTuber Gaurav Taneja’s wife Ritu shares ‘reality’ after separation rumours

YouTuber Gaurav Taneja’s wife Ritu Rathee has reacted to rumours of their separation in a video on Instagram.
“Reality,” Rathee captioned her post, in which she addressed separation rumours and asked social media users to refrain from interfering in their personal matters.
Her statement comes after Taneja, also known as Flying Beast, clarified in a cryptic post over the weekend as several sections of the internet speculated that the couple might be navigating a rough patch in their marriage.
In the lengthy video, meanwhile, a visibly emotional Rathee said that she doesn’t need support from social media users at all.
“Whatever it is, it is my personal issue. If I had to place it publicly, my dear Ritu’s army, I have Instagram to announce. We had an altercation, but does that mean you will tell me what kind of man he is,” Rathee said.
“There are very few people who deserve respect. I know that man inside and out. I don’t need to know whether he was genuine or loyal from you. I have seen that man fighting in every situation. This is a problem of our society, and we have to interfere in others’ problems. I don’t need society’s support. Definitely, I don’t need social media support,” she added.
Furthermore, Rathee said that whatever happened between them was hurtful enough: “There is no relationship in this world that hasn’t hurt you and made you cry. The same thing happened to me. A husband and wife have to deal with several things together. Sometimes, there are things that might hurt you. And this time, it hurt me and him as well. He thought he was right; I felt I was. We both became stubborn”.
Rathee, who got married to Taneja in 2016, reiterated multiple times that she does not need the support of society and is capable of managing personal matters herself.
“The problem lies with society. We all live in houses of mirrors, but we want to eavesdrop on others’ homes and gossip about them. I handled this society when I became a pilot, so this issue is far less compared to that. I don’t need society’s support in any way. I am not a weak woman, and nothing wrong has happened to me. I have full faith in God. It’s not about a man or a woman; we are all the same. We all share the same traits. Just because two people have separated, it doesn’t mean either one of them has to be right. We were both right at some point and wrong as well,” she added.

Over the weekend, Gaurav Taneja shared a post on Instagram with respect to the rumours, and said: “Joi Joi mohe pyaro kare soi mohe bhave (Those who love me, I love them back).”
